Recruiting Coordinator

Cloudbeds is a travel industry startup that works to make the world a more welcome place. We make advanced cloud-based hospitality software for hotels, hostels, vacation rentals and groups that manages reservations and guests, distributes room availability, sells inventory, and collects payments. Our hundreds of team members are distributed across 24 countries and, altogether, we speak 17 languages. How do we do it? As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the Cloudbeds Ukraine team to find the right fit for our growing team. Working closely with our hiring managers, the Recruitment Coordinator will post jobs online, source and screen candidates and schedule interviews. The Recruitment Coordinator is also an important resource to the team because this position is the first point of contact for all onboarding administrative questions in the region and a key promoter of our company culture.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain job postings
  • Source candidates and review resumes
  • Screen candidates and assist the hiring manager with interview scheduling and coordination
  • Be the first point of contact for questions from our Ukraine team (Customer Support and Engineering)
  • Support onboarding for new hires with an initial focus in Ukraine, expanding into other regions as hiring needs grow
  • Maintain HR procedures
  • May support regional event planning
  • Administrative work as needed

You’ll Succeed With:

  • +2 years experience sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
  • HR experience with local technology industry insight
  • Business-level English fluency required and native Russian or Ukrainian
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian employment law a plus
  • MS office, G-suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Prior experience working remotely is a plus
  • Higher education preferred
  • Computer with webcam and access to internet required
